Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
top 77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at top 77's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. top 77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. top 77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending KYC verification, bonus wagering completion, or fraud review. top 77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ₱15,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

All games available on the top 77 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
top 77 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, JDB, and Evolution. Game outcomes are determined by these RNGs and are not influenced by top 77 or any player action outside of the game mechanics.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, top 77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. top 77 shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, top 77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
top 77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. top 77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
